This shot taken in the 30's off 12th Avenue about as far west as you can get in New York City offers a full complement of activity around the Hudson River. Westside Highway with cars, trucks, taxis, Hudson River with Circle Line cruise boat, sailboats, and the opposite shore of New Jersey buildings. And the sky with it's huge expanse of blue and blustering clouds.
